Lucinda Aldridge - Founder of Fraser & Fawn

With over 20 years of experience in education and childcare, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and helping families. I hold a degree in Primary Education from Roehampton University and a PGCE from Exeter University, giving me a strong foundation in child development, learning and education.

As a mother of three children I understand first-hand the challenges parents face when trying to find childcare they can truly trust. This personal experience, combined with my professional background, inspired me to establish Fraser and Fawn Nanny Agency — a service built around providing exceptional childcare and giving families complete confidence and peace of mind.
