As the founder of Fraser & Fawn Ltd. I bring over 20 years of experience in education and childcare, along with a genuine passion for supporting families in finding the right care for their children. I hold a BA in Primary Education from Roehampton University and a PGCE from Exeter University, giving me both a strong academic background and practical insight into children’s development.

My career has included roles as both a nanny and within early years settings, allowing me to understand first-hand what high-quality childcare looks like in the home and in educational environments. This experience is at the heart of how I carefully match nannies with families—considering not only skills and experience, but personality, values, and the unique needs of each household.

As a mother of three, I deeply understand the importance of trust when inviting someone into your home to care for your children. I know that finding the right nanny is about more than qualifications—it’s about building a relationship that feels secure, supportive, and aligned with your family.
